- I am a life long Leavenworth Count Resident. I attended both the private and public leavenworth school systems. I graduated from Emporia State university. I own a 16 yr old Building Service Contracting company based out of Leavenworth County, namely DaSilva Building Service, Inc. I am a Field Grade Combat Engineer Officer in the Army Reserve and am subsequently a Combat Vet of 2003-2005 Iraq conflict. I also work for a private contracting company here at Fort Leavenworth.
